You hoped they would've flown by now...
You’ve spent years being the backbone—holding it all together, making sure they had what they needed to thrive.

You didn’t just show up - you gave your all. You bent, stretched, sacrificed. And quietly hoped that one day, they’d appreciate it, flourish in adulthood and reflect it back.
But now they’ve grown up. And frankly, they'e not holding up their side of this unspoken bargain.

They're still living in your home and there’s a disconnection you can’t ignore. And underneath it all, a quiet rage at how they turned out, and a fear that maybe it's your fault...

The truth no-one really talks about....
Here's the truth: this is territory that is fast becoming the new normal for many parents.
Kids are living at home longer, parents are also living longer and moms are caught navigating the complexities of having adult children under the same roof.
They're managing mental health crises, dealing with motivation issues masked as laziness, navigating digital disconnection that feels like emotional absence, and trying to parent without control - or boundaries.

Adding to that, most of us were mothering inside a system that taught us to give everything and expect very little back.

We were conditioned to equate maternal love with self-sacrifice. To prioritize everyone else’s needs. To believe that a “good mother” quietly endures, holds it all together, and never asks for more.

So we've never really questioned if we're allowed to need something for ourselves.

If this resonates, tt means you’re finally seeing the cracks in a model that was never built to support YOU.

And it's your call to finally start asking "What do I need?" and step into a new, empowered era of motherhood where you find joy and connection in your relationship, not worry and regret..

The Crowded Nest Clarity Call is your first step on this journey.

This is a complimentary guided online session where we gently and honestly:

-
Get to the root of the tension between you and your adult child.
-
Help you identify what you actually need - not just as a parent, but as a woman who is entering a new phase of life.
-
reveal a new perspective on motherhood that feels emotionally rewarding, not draining.

You'll be invited to reflect on a series of questions and to respond on a scale of 1 - 10.

It's not a therapy session for healing old wounds. These questions are designed to guide you towards clarity, strength, and insight that are already within you, so you can lead your family from that place of grounded authority.

It's a process for raising awareness - a compassionate first step toward repair, reconnection, and realignment.

And it isn’t guesswork! My unique approach is grounded in Neuroscience, Child Development theory and our innate Human Design, as well as my deep personal and client experience.

What you will get
You’ll walk away with more than just clarity—you’ll leave feeling lighter, seen, and equipped.
You’ll receive meaningful insight into your current connection with your child - and why things feel the way they do.
You'll uncover patterns you may not have realised were shaping your relationship, and receive personalised guidance on how to move forward in a way that honours both you and your child.
Whether the disconnection feels recent or long-standing, this session will help you finally make sense of it - and show you what’s truly possible.

What is The Crowded Nest Clarity Call?
This assessment is for you if:
-
You’re a strong, capable woman but parenting your adult child who is living at home has become challenging.
-
Your child is struggling, pulling away from you, dropping out or 'failing at life', and nothing you’ve tried has gotten through.
-
You’re not sure what to say or do; but also can't bear to stand by and do nothing.
-
You're navigating mixed emotions of concern, anger, regret, resentment and a sense of failure.
About Me
I’m a mom-of-four and a daughter in a long line of beautifully complicated mother-child dynamics.

I know firsthand the heartbreak that can come when the bond with your child feels strained… and the deep hope that lives beneath it. That’s what makes this work so personal to me.

My career began in Corporate Communications and Human Resources - until I followed my heart into Early Childhood Development.

As the founder of a childcare business and through my own lived experience, I’ve spent the last decade immersed in how the mother-child connection is formed, how it frays, and - most importantly - how it can be repaired.

I’ve helped many mothers uncover hidden patterns, release long-held fears, and find new joy and strength in parenting their children in adulthood.
This work is personal to me, and I bring both lived experience and practical insight to every conversation.

I hold space with warmth, clarity and zero judgement - so you can safely explore what's really going on, with someone who truly gets it.

I can't wait to take you on this empowering journey.
